A Paul Murray Oil platform
Powering response,
fueling success.
Fuel Gal is the field platform that keeps critical generators running when the power goes out — coordinating drivers, trucks, and fuel across a live storm response.
Provisioned access
Access is issued by PMO.
Drivers and dispatch are set up when they are assigned to a storm response. There is no public download and no self sign-up.
- 01 / OFFLINE-FIRST
- Works with no signal. Syncs when it comes back.
- 02 / IN THE CAB
- Log a delivery in a few taps. Big targets, built for gloved hands.
- 03 / PMO PROVISIONED
- A private operations tool, not a consumer app.
What it is
Built for the field, in the worst conditions.
During a winter storm or hurricane, Fuel Gal replaces the maps, spreadsheets, and group texts with one platform — used in the truck cab, offline-first, and dead simple.
-
01
Real-time fleet visibility
Every driver and truck on a live map, so dispatch can see who is where and route the next fuel drop without a phone tree.

02
Delivery & fuel tracking
Drivers log fuel drops, tickets, and photos from the cab. It syncs when the signal comes back — no lost paperwork.
-
03
Storm-ready dispatch
Assign drivers, track store status from down to back-on-utility, and keep operations flowing through the whole event.
How it works
One status per site, from dark to back on utility.
Dispatch and drivers see the same state of the response. Every site moves through the same four stages, and nothing lives in a group text.
-
- STAGE 01
Power down
A critical site loses utility and lands in the response queue.
-
- STAGE 02
Driver assigned
Dispatch routes the nearest truck with the fuel the site needs.
-
- STAGE 03
On generator
The drop is logged from the cab with tickets and photos attached.
-
- STAGE 04
Back on utility
The site closes out and the crew moves to the next one.
Access
For Paul Murray Oil field teams.
Fuel Gal is a private operations tool for PMO drivers, dispatchers, and managers responding to power outages for critical facilities. Access is provisioned by PMO — it is not a consumer app.
